Nokia unveiled affordable Windows Phone 8 Lumia 520 in the Mobile World Congress

Nokia has unveiled a new cheap Windows Phone 8 device in the form of Nokia Lumia 520 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Features of Nokia Lumia 520

• This handset has a 4-inch IPS LCD WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) screen. It will be powered by 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and bundled with 512 MB of RAM. 
• Nokia Lumia 520 will have 8GB of internal memory and a microSD memory card slot for expanding memory upto 32 GB. This mobile will be packed with a 1,430 mAh battery inside. 
• For connectivity, It will be provided with 3G HSPA+ (21Mbps) connectivity, WLAN IEEE802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, Integrated A-GPS, Micro USB. This smartphone has a body that measures 119.9 x 64 x 9.9 mm and weighs 124 grams.  
• This handset will have a 5-megapixel Camera with HD 720p 30fps video recording capabilities on the backside.   
• The camera of this handset will be provided with Nokia camera lenses such as Cinemagraph and Smart Shoot, the same as it have in Nokia Lumia 920 handset. This mobile will have feature of Nokia Music for free music streaming service from Nokia Music store. 
• This mobile will have the same super sensitive touch technology as that are currently available in Lumia 920 and Lumia 820.
• This mobile will be available in yellow, red, cyan, white and black colours. The shells are exchangeable so that consumer can change to a new color whenever they want. 

The new handset can provide users with appealing performance capabilities which should result in a great experience in respect of its affordable prices. 

This handset will be launched in the first quarter of the year with a price range of $183. It will be launched first in Hong Kong and Vietnam and it will also be available in other markets too like Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
